Returns & Replacements
In the rare event that you find the product is not suitable, you are welcome to contact us to arrange an exchange, store credit, or refund. Please note that we are only able to refund the item if notified within 7-14 days after delivery, and if the product is unused, new and in its original packaging.
We will provide you a return address so the item can be returned at your cost to be inspected and condition verified. All refunds will be processed with a restocking fee of 20% to cover handling costs. Items that have already been installed are not eligible for returns.
Should you observe that the product has suffered damage upon delivery, we kindly request that you refrain from approving the acceptance note. Instead, promptly reach out to us at sales@thecbfstore.com.au to formally communicate the matter.
For expedited resolution, we appreciate the submission of a brief video and photographic evidence proving the extent of the damage. It is vital to refrain from installing the appliance until the matter has been addressed and resolved to your satisfaction.
To ensure a streamlined process, we require notification of any damaged appliance/product within a span of 7 days, commencing from the date of delivery. Your proactive cooperation is invaluable in facilitating a swift resolution and ensuring your contentment with our services.
Each appliance comes with its own specific (advertised) manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty cards and 1800 numbers are enclosed with your new items. In the rare case that the appliance you purchase develops an issue after installation, please reach out to the manufacturer directly via the 1800 number to arrange a service call.
